摘要
对辽阳石化公司常减压装置采取的优化措施及应用效果进行了分析。结果表明:辽阳石化公司550×104t/a常减压装置设计水平比较低,没有达到560℃的深拔要求,为了提高拔出率,采取了一系列优化措施,将切割温度从520℃提升至530℃以上,但是缺少减压深拔的两个必要因素,即炉管、塔底吹汽和塔底急冷油,造成夹带严重,限制了拔出率的提高,建议对装置进行改造。
The optimization measures and application effects of the decompression device in Liaoyang petrochemical company are analyzed. The results show that the design level of 5.5 million tons/year atmospheric and vacuum decompression unit of Liaoyang petrochemical company is low, and it is not required to reach the requirement of 560 ℃. In order to improve the drawing rate, a series of optimization measures have been taken to raise the cutting temperature from 520 ℃ to more than 530 ℃, but the lack of decompression and deep drawing of the two necessary factors, namely, the furnace tube, bottom blowing steam and the bottom of the quench oil, resulting in serious entrainment, limiting the pull rate increase. It is recommended to transform the device.
