可降解天然高分子絮凝剂对细粒尾矿的沉降试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 混凝沉降法在工业尾矿及废水的处理中被广泛应用,絮凝剂是混凝沉降法的核心。目前,针对细粒尾矿开发环保型絮凝剂是国内外研究热点。本文以典型的细粒尾矿为研究对象,通过分析该细粒尾矿的理化性质、Zeta电位、粒度分布、X-射线衍射图谱等信息,针对性的开发了一种可降解天然高分子絮凝剂,试验结果表明该絮凝剂对细粒尾矿具有非常良好的适应性和絮凝效果,未来可广泛应用于石油化工、有色金属等行业细粒尾矿的絮凝脱水。 Coagulation sedimentation method, which core is flocculant, is widely used in the treatment of industrial tailings and wastewater. At present, the development of environmental friendly flocculant for fine tailings is a research hotspot at home and abroad. This paper takes typical fine tailings as the research object, through analyzing the physical and chemical properties, Zeta potential, particle size distribution, X-ray diffraction pattern and other information of the fine tailings, targeted developed a degradable natural polymer flocculant, and the test results show that the flocculant has very good adaptability and flocculation effect on fine tailings. In the future, it can be widely used in the flocculation and dehydration of fine tailings in petrochemical, nonferrous metal and other industries.
