计算机和数据处理机房用单元式空气调节机等系列节能评价技术规范团体标准解析

摘要 本文介绍了由中国制冷空调工业协会提出并归口的一系列空调设备的节能评价技术规范团体标准,包括低环境温度空气源热泵(冷水)机组、低环境温度空气源热泵热水机组、低环境温度空气源热泵热风机、空气源热泵热风烘干(除湿)机组、除湿机、计算机和数据处理机房用单元式空气调节机、汽车用空调器、容积式制冷压缩冷凝机组、空调用制冷剂压缩机和汽车空调用制冷剂压缩机等。响应国家政策,贯彻实施相关法规要求,实现保护环境和减少能源消耗,节能评价技术规范的制定迫在眉睫。这一系列团体标准规定了相关空调设备的节能评价值和能效限定值,并对其能效等级进行划分。 This paper introduced the technical specification for energy efficiency assessment of a series of air conditioning equipment including unitary air-conditioners for computer and data processing room, low ambient temperature air source heat pump (water chilling) packages, low ambient temperature air source heat pump water heater, low ambient temperature air source heat pump air heating unit, air source heat pump drying(dehumidifying) units, dehumidifier, motor vehicle air-conditioning unit, positive displacement refrigerant compressor condensing unit, compressors for air conditioning, refrigerant compressor for automobile air conditioning, which are proposed and under centralized management by China Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Industry Association. Responding to country policy about economical-energy and carrying though the basic requirements of the rules of law, it is extremely urgent to set standards for technical specification for energy efficiency assessment. The Group Standards specify minimum allowable of energy efficiency, evaluating values of energy conservation, and classify energy efficiency grades.
