摘要
利用一维仿真软件KULI建立基于结构参数、单体性能参数以及试验数据的整车空调系统瞬态仿真分析模型,对某型汽车整车空调系统降温性能进行仿真分析,并利用其降温试验数据验证仿真模型的准确性。结果表明,各风口出风温度、乘员舱平均温度以及降温速率误差满足实际工程需求。
Using 1D simulation software KULI,the transient simulation analysis model is built-up for the air-conditioning system of the whole vehicle based on geometric parameters,overall performance parameters and experimental data. The cooling performance of the whole vehicle is simulated,and its data of cooling test verifies the simulation model. The results show that the errors of each air outlet temperature,the average temperature of cabin and the cooling down rate satisfy the requirement of engineering.
