摘要
介绍一种适用于制冷装置压力容器的浇铸式铜-钢复合板。通过对比分析爆炸焊接复合板和堆焊复合板基层与复层结合机制及相关标准的试验、检测要求,提出应对浇铸式铜-钢复合板进行剪切强度试验、超声波检测、化学分析等检验项目,以确保压力容器安全。
A kind of cast copper-steel clad plate applied to pressure vessels for refrigerant equipment is introduced. Through the contrastive analysis on the bonding mechanisms between the substrate and compound layer,and trial & testing requirements stated in corresponding standards of explosive welded clad plate and surfacing welded clad plate, it s proposed that shearing strength test,ultrasonic test,chemical analysis,etc. should be conducted on the cast copper-steel clad plate, so as to ensure the safety of the pressure vessels.
