介绍循环加热式空气源热泵热水机试验装置的设计方案和标准水箱改进措施等,并使用该试验装置进行样机试验,结果表明:标准水箱内水温分布均匀,符合GB/T 21362—2008要求,试验装置运行可靠,对保证产品质量有着重要作用。

The design scheme of the test equipment of circulating heating air source heat pump water heater, and the improvement measures of the standard water tank are introduced. The prototype test is conducted using this test equipment. The results show that the temperature of the standard water tank is uniform, which meets the requirement of GB/T 21362-2008. The test equipment operates reliably. It’s important to ensure the quality of heat pump products.
