敬畏感是在高尚的客体面前既敬重又畏惧,同时又想突破自身局限,与客体无限趋近的积极向上的情感。由于受生命教育缺位和多元文化冲击等因素影响,我国的大学生越来越缺少敬畏感。儒家的传统道德思想中包含着丰富的敬畏思想,这些思想中的积极成分对于培育当代大学生的敬畏意识具有非常重要的作用。

Reverence, a positive attitude that inspires one's respect and awe for a noble object and willingness to approach it, has been found less and less among China's university studentsowing to loss of life education and shocks of pluralistic cultures. To cultivate their awareness of reverence, related ideas contained in Confucism may be of great help.
