摘要
"中国制造2025"是实现中国制造强国的重大战略。高职教师工匠精神的培育既是响应国家战略部署,对接"中国制造2025"的必然要求,也是高素质专业化的"双师型"教师队伍的现实诉求。高职教师的工匠精神的培育,应构建"五维一体"培育路径,建设富有工匠精神的校园文化,完善"双师型"教师专业成长机制,培育修身立德、敬业乐业的工匠之道,精益求精、专心有恒、"慢工细活"的工匠之术及确立成长发展目标、善于反思的工匠之行。
To meet the requirements of “China Made 2025”, a major national strategy to make China a power in manufacturing industry, and the practical demands of a “double-qualified” teaching team with high quality and professional skills, it is of great necessity to cultivate the craftsmanship spirit of high vocational school teachers by means of following a “5-dimension” integrative approach, developing a craftsmanship-led campus culture, improving a training mechanism for “double-qualified” teachers and cultivating a craftsmanship spirit featuring noble morality, dedication, dilligence and perseverance.
