摘要
近年来,高等职业教育为市场经济输送众多技能型财务管理人才的同时,人才培养与社会需求不相适应等诸多问题也逐渐突显出来。为适应社会变化,在财务管理专业建设中,应当构建"以职业能力为导向"的人才培养模式,在构建相应的能力框架,重建专业课程体系,量化重点培养的职业能力等方面有所创新;为在师资培训体系、教学与管理、校企沟通和共建机制、专业资源库等方面进行改革。
To solve the problems of higher vocational education, e.g. talent cultivation fails to meet social demands, inspite of the fact that it offers lots of skill-oriented talents in financial management to market economy, a professional skill-oriented" talent cultivation mode should be established, which requires innovations in skill framework, curricular system reconstruction and quantitified key professional competence as well as reforms in teacher training system, teaching and management, school-enterprise communicative and cooperative mechanism and resource pool, etc.
