基于“圈层理论”的文创教学品牌中心人才培养模式探究——以福建高校为例 被引量:1

On the Talent Cultivation Mode of a Flagship Teaching Center of Cultural Creation Based on the “Circle Layer Theory”——with Universities in Fujian Province as an Example

摘要 作为海西经济重要发展省份,福建省拥有丰富的文创产业资源,人才需求量比较大,然而,在文创人才培养方面,福建省各高校文创相关专业差异化并不明显,缺乏准确的就业市场定位。本文针对这一问题,以区域性的地方院校特性为立足点,对文创相关专业进行深入的区域市场调研,以"圈层理论"为论证基础,依据应用型人才培养的结构和流程,围绕产业链、创新链、服务链调整专业设置,探讨全新的文创教学品牌中心人才培养模式。 The cultivation of talents specialized in cultural creation in the universities of Fujian Province, a fairely improtant province on the west of Taiwan Strait, seems to be rather homogeneous because few of them has succeeded in finding out what professionals are really needed in the job market, although there is plenty of related resources and job vacancies in the province. To solve the problem, a new talent cultivation mode, in which the curricular system was adapted to meet the demands of industrial chain, innovation chainand service chain under the guidance of the “circle layer theory”, was proposed in the paper in accordance with the structure and process of application-oriented talent cultivation on the basis of a regional market survey for relevant specialties by taking the uniqueness of local universities into consideration.
