基于高职院校校企合作的模式研究——以吉林工业职业技术学院为例

On School-enterprise Cooperation Based on Higher Vocational Schools——with Jilin Vocational College of Industry and Technology as an Example

党的十九大报告中指出,优先发展教育事业,要完善职业教育及培训体系,深化产教融合、校企合作。校企合作是高职院校的必然发展需求,是实现高职教育发展目标的重要途径和培养人才的主要手段,是高职院校特色的核心所在。在产教融合的背景下,高职院校校企合作挑战与机遇并存。吉林工业职业技术学院整合了资源与政策优势,研究创新校企合作模式,增强办学活力,使人才培养质量得到一定提升,对高职院校校企合作的办学模式具有一定可借鉴意义。

In the report of CPC's 19th National Congress, education was given priority in national development by means of improving vocational education and training system, reinforcing industry education integration and school-enterprise cooperation. This means that school-enterprise cooperation has become a necessary and a central task for the development of higher vocational schools to achieve their goals of development and talent cultivation, which brings forth both opportunties and challenges to these schools. In Jilin Vocational College of Industry and Technology, talent cultivation quality has been promoted by means of integrating advantages of resources and policies, innovating cooperative mode and revitalizing school operation, which is of a good example for similar univerities.
