羟考酮与舒芬太尼用于全麻诱导引发患者咳嗽的比较 被引量:2

摘要 舒芬太尼因其强大的镇痛效果及稳定的血流动力学特性,常用于全麻诱导。然而,静脉注射舒芬太尼可能导致患者咳嗽,造成患者不适,并可能导致血压上升、心率加快,甚至增高颅内压及眼内压,需谨慎使用[1]。羟考酮是μ及κ双受体激动剂,起效迅速,安全性高,已广泛应用于围术期镇痛,近年研究显示[2,3],羟考酮可安全有效地应用于全麻诱导,但对其用于诱导时是否会导致咳嗽的研究仍不充分。该研究拟分别将舒芬太尼及羟考酮用于全麻诱导,对比两种药物导致患者咳嗽的发生率及严重程度,为临床提供参考。
