摘要
目的探讨"鲶鱼效应"在公立医院行政后勤部门人力资源管理中的应用价值。方法选择2017年1月—2018年12月在本院工作的行政后勤人员40例,所有被观察者均在本院工作时间超过2年,被观察者来源:职能部门28例,后勤部门12例;男性8例,女性32例,工作年限2~18年,平均(8.2±1.4)年。其中2018年1月后实施"鲶鱼效应"管理,2017年12月之前实施常规管理。统计干预前后一般自我效能得分及领导评分、干预前后每月查岗不在位及上班干私事人次。结果干预后一般自我效能得分及领导评分均明显高于干预前(P <0.05)。干预后每月查岗不在位及上班干私事人次少于干预前(P<0.05)。结论针对公立医院行政后勤人员人力资源,实施"鲶鱼效应"管理,能有效的提高职业效能,规范工作态度,从而提高工作效率。
Objective To explore the application value of "catfish effect" in human resources management of administrative logistics department of public hospitals.Methods 40 administrative logistics personnel who worked in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected.All the observers worked for more than two years in our hospital.The sources of the observers were: 28 staff from functional departments,12 staff from logistical departments,8 staff were male and 32 staff were female,the periods of work were 2 to 18 years,with an average of (8.2±1.4) years.Among them,catfish effect management was implemented after January 2018 and conventional management was implemented before December 2017.The general self-efficacy score and leadership score before and after the intervention,the absence of post checks and the number of private affairs at work before and after the intervention were counted.Results After the intervention,the general self-efficacy scores and leadership scores were significantly higher than those before the intervention (P < 0.05).After the intervention,the number of non-attendance checks and personal work was less than that before the intervention (P < 0.05).Conclusion For the human resources of administrative logistics personnel in public hospitals,the implementation of the "catfish effect" management can effectively improve occupational efficiency and standardize work attitudes,thus improving work efficiency.
