ICU治疗方案对重度急性有机磷农药中毒的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of ICU Therapy in the Treatment of Severe Acute Organophosphorus Pesticide Poisoning

目的针对重度急性有机磷农药中毒合并呼吸衰竭的患者进行ICU抢救治疗,分析其临床效果。方法选取我院2017年1月—2018年9月收治的82例重度急性有机磷农药中毒合并呼吸衰竭患者作为研究对象,按照随机的方式分组,实验组41例行以ICU治疗方案,对照组41例行以常规治疗方案,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果治疗结果表明,实验组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论重度急性有机磷农药中毒合并呼吸衰竭患者采用常规治疗方案效果有限,采用ICU治疗方案效果更为突出。

Objective To treat patients with severe acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning complicated with respiratory failure by ICU rescue therapy and analyze its clinical effects.Methods 82 patients with severe acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning complicated with respiratory failure who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to September 2018 were enrolled in this study.According to the randomized way,41 cases in the experimental group were treated with ICU,while 41 cases in the control group were treated with routine treatment.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment results showed that the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion Patients with severe acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning complicated with respiratory failure have limited effect with conventional treatment.The treatment with ICU is more effective.
