探究高频超声对浅表软组织肿物的诊断价值

The Diagnostic Value of High Frequency Ultrasound in Superficial Soft Tissue Masses

目的探究高频超声检查对浅表软组织肿物的诊断价值。方法回顾性选取2016年3月—2018年6月于我院检查并治疗浅表软组织肿物的80例患者作为观察对象,将其采用高频超声检查的结果与病理检查结果进行对比,计算出该检查方法的诊断正确率及浅表软组织肿物的血流参数。结果病理检查发现良性肿物患者有70例,恶性肿物患者有10例。80例浅表软组织肿物患者经高频超声检测发现有良性肿物67例,其中囊肿15例,骨化性肌炎12例,血管瘤13例,纤维瘤14例,脂肪瘤13例,其中有1例囊肿误诊为血管瘤,1例血管瘤漏诊为囊肿,1例纤维瘤误诊为血管瘤;高频恶性肿物10例,其中恶性淋巴瘤3例,转移性淋巴结4例,滑膜肉瘤3例。高频超声诊断良性肿物率为95.71%,诊断恶性肿物率为100.00%;高频超声检查恶性肿物组的血液最大流速明显高于良性肿物组(P <0.05),两组的血流阻力指数差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论高频超声检查在浅表软组织肿物的检查中具有较高的诊断率与鉴别诊断价值。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of high frequency ultrasonography in superficial soft tissue masses.Methods 80 patients with superficial soft tissue tumors who were examined and treated in our hospital from March 2016 to June 2018 were retrospectively selected.The results of high frequency ultrasonography were compared with those of pathology.The diagnostic accuracy of this method and blood flow parameters of superficial soft tissue tumors were calculated.Results Pathological examination revealed 70 cases of benign tumors and 10 cases of malignant tumors.In 80 cases of superficial soft tissue tumors,67 cases were found to have benign tumors by high frequency ultrasound,including cysts in 15 cases,ossifying myositis in 12 cases,hemangioma in 13 cases,fibroma in 14 cases and lipoma in 13 cases.One case of cyst was misdiagnosed as hemangioma,one case of hemangioma was misdiagnosed as cyst,one case of fibroma was misdiagnosed as hemangioma;10 cases of high frequency malignant tumors,including malignant lymphoma in 3 cases and 4 cases of nodulation and 3 cases of synovial sarcoma.The diagnostic rate of benign and malignant tumors by high frequency ultrasound was 95.71% and 100.00%.The maximum blood flow velocity of malignant tumors by high frequency ultrasound was significantly higher than that of benign tumors (P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in blood resistance index between the two groups (P > 0.05).Conclusion High-frequency ultrasonography has a high diagnostic rate and differential diagnosis value in the examination of superficial soft tissue masses.Therefore,it is recommended to promote the clinical.
