摘要 目的探究并分析对精神科患者采用风险预警监控预防噎食的效果。方法选择我院2017年1月—2018年5月收治的50例精神科患者,并随机分为观察组和对照组,每组25例,观察组采用护理风险预警监控干预,对照组采用常规护理,对比两组患者的饮食安全知晓度以及发生噎食现象时急救处理的情况。结果观察组患者的饮食安全知晓度明显高于对照组,发生噎食现象时,护理人员从发现患者噎食到抢救的平均时间以及平均抢救时间明显低于对照组,其数据差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论采用风险预警监控精神科患者,对于预防患者发生噎食有显著的成效,这种方法可有效地提升患者对饮食安全的知晓度,并显著缩短急救处理的时间。 Objective To explore the preventive effect of risk early warning and monitoring on choking in psychiatric patients.Methods 50 psychiatric patients in our hospital from January 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,25 cases in each group.The observation group was given nursing risk early warning and monitoring intervention,while the control group was given routine nursing.The dietary safety of the two groups was compared.Results The awareness of dietary safety in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.When choking occurred,the time from discovery to rescue and the average time of emergency treatment in the nursing staff were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Risk early warning and monitoring of psychiatric patients can effectively improve their awareness of dietary safety.
