临床护理路径在ICU重症颅脑损伤患者护理中的应用

Application of Clinical Nursing Pathway in ICU Patients With Severe Craniocerebral Injury

目的探讨分析护理路径对ICU重症颅脑损伤患者的临床护理效果,为临床护理提供参考。方法此次研究的对象是2016年4月—2018年4月我院80例重症颅脑损伤患者,将患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并随机分成了对照组和观察组,均有40例,对两组的住院情况,护理满意度进行对比分析。结果观察组的平均住院费用比对照组低,平均住院时间比对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组的满意度是97.5%,高于对照组的70.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重症颅脑损伤ICU患者接受护理路径的效果突出,护理满意度比较高,节约了治疗费用,能够获得较好的护理体验和效果。

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical nursing effect of nursing pathway on ICU patients with severe craniocerebral injury,and to provide reference for clinical nursing.Methods 80 patients with severe craniocerebral injury in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2018 were selected for this study.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The hospitalization and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The average hospitalization cost of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the average hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group,with statistical significance (P < 0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.5%,which was higher than 70.0% of the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion ICU patients with severe craniocerebral injury receive nursing pathway with outstanding effect,high nursing satisfaction,saving treatment costs,and can obtain better nursing experience and effect.
