浅议高速公路施工养护作业的交通安全组织管控

通过分析施工养护作业行为对高速公路交通安全可能存在的影响及不同类型养护作业对交通安全的影响程度,提出完善和规范高速公路施工养护作业交通安全组织管控审查机制的主要内容及流程,并指出高速公路施工养护作业路段的主要交通安全组织方式和需要重点关注的点位。

By analyzing the possible influence of construction and maintenance work on expressway traffic safety and the infl uence extend of different types of maintenance work on traffi c safety, this paper put forward the main content and process of perfecting and standardizing the traffi c safety organization, control and review mechanism of expressway construction and maintenance work, and proposed the main traffi c safety organization modes and key points need to be paid attention to along the construction and maintenance section of the expressway.
