基层党组织高质量发展路径探析

Path Analysis on High-quality Development of the Building of Basic-level Party Organizations

习近平总书记关于新时代“提高党的建设质量”的伟大构想,是推进基层党组织建设高质量发展的“新引擎”。以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,瞄准党的建设质量的时代站位,把高质量发展纳入到人民利益、社会发展、党的建设的全局高度进行考量,深刻分析基层党组织时代禀赋;以问题为导向,探析基层党建工作现状和存在突出问题,把握高质量发展切入点;积极构建基层党组织“推动责任落实、发挥整体效应、完善标准体系”三大高质量发展路径。

Xi Jinping's great idea of improving the Party's building quality in the new era is a new engine for promoting the high-quality development of the building of basic-level Party organizations. It is required to take Xi Jinping's Socialist Thought with Chinese Characteristics in the new era as guide,aim at the times position of the Party's building quality,bring high-quality development into the overall consideration of people's interests,social development and Party building,deeply analyze the time endowment of basic-level Party organizations. It is also required to perform problem-oriented analysis of the current situation and outstanding problems of Party construction at the basic level,grasp the entry point of high-quality development,and positively construct the three high-quality development paths of implementing responsibility,giving play to group effect and perfecting standard system.
