瑞芬太尼与七氟烷联合应用于小儿扁桃体肥大手术的中的效果与安全性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨瑞芬太尼与七氟烷联合应用于小儿扁桃体肥大手术的中的效果与安全性。方法 2017年1月~12月于我院进行扁桃体肥大手术的患儿110例,以随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各55例。对照组采取吸入七氟烷全麻,观察组采取泵入瑞芬太尼联合吸入七氟烷全麻。评价两组患儿不同时间点的心率、平均动脉压、舒张压、收缩压的变化,呼吸恢复时间、诱导麻醉时间、苏醒时间与拔管时间,以及苏醒期药物不良反应。结果两组麻醉诱导后、插管时与开始手术时的心率、平均动脉压、舒张压、收缩压指标均低于麻醉前(P<0.05),但观察组麻醉诱导后、插管时与开始手术时的心率、平均动脉压、舒张压、收缩压指标较对照组更为平稳(P<0.05)。观察组呼吸恢复时间、诱导麻醉时间、苏醒时间与拔管时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组苏醒期药物不良反应发生率为7.27%,与对照组的9.09%对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论瑞芬太尼与七氟烷联合应用可以有效保证扁桃体肥大患儿手术时血流动力学的稳定性,缩短恢复速度,安全可靠。
