周口市膨化食品中铅和铜含量调查分析

Investigation and analysis on Pb and Cu content of puffed food in Zhoukou

通过原子吸收分光光度法对周口市场上部分膨化食品中重金属铅和铜含量进行分析与检测,结果表明:铅回收率为99.004%～103.997%,铜回收率为98.195%～105.546%, RSD(Pb)为0.973%～6.100%,RSD(Cu)为2.734%～10.610%。重金属铜含量合格率为100%,重金属铅含量合格率为85.714%,爆米花中铅含量(1.015 mg/kg)超标,薯片中铅含量(0.855 mg/kg)偏高。通过调查分析,以期为膨化食品生产加工企业和当地政府制定必要的食品安全监管措施提供依据。

The content of heavy metal Pb and Cu in puffed food from Zhoukou’s markets were analyzed and detected by atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that the Pb recovery was 99.004%-103.997%, the Cu recovery was 98.195 %-105.546 %, and RSD(Pb) was 0.973 %-6.100%, RSD(Cu) was 2.734 %-10.610 %. Cu in the qualified rate was100 %, while Pb in the qualified rate was 85.714 %, the Pb content in popcorn(1.015 mg/kg)exceed the standard, the Pb content in chips(0.855 mg/kg) was high. Through the analysis, it provided the basis for the formulation of the necessary food safety supervision measures for puffed food processing enterprises and local governments.
