船用汽轮机盘车装置性能试验台设计

Design of Performance Test Bench for Electrical Barring Gear Device on Marine Steam Turbine

设计了一套测试船舶汽轮机电动盘车装置性能的通用试验台方案,该试验台可模拟盘车装置在实际汽轮机机组运行中的负载条件,准确测试盘车装置的实际输出特性,完成盘车装置的部套件性能测试。使用设计的试验台对某型船舶汽轮机电动盘车装置进行了实测,测试结果显示,盘车装置输出扭矩满足设计要求,测试结果与汽轮机实际运行状态吻合,盘车装置在机组中的使用性能良好。

A universal test bench solution for testing the performance of marine steam turbine electrical barring gear is designed. The test bench can simulate the load condition of the barring gear in the actual steam turbine unit operation, accurately test the exact output characteristics of the barring gear, and complete the performance test of the barring gear. The designed test bench is used to test a marine turbine unit barring gear. The test results show that the output torque of the barring gear satisfies the design requirements and matches the actual running state of the steam turbine, and the barring gear device’s performance on the unit is good.
