摘要 斜井串车提升系统是斜井生产系统的重要组成部分,是斜井生产系统的纽带和咽喉。通过对煤矿斜井串车提升典型事故的原因分析,提出一系列防止事故发生的措施,明确只要保证资金投入,正确选用斜井串车提升设备及其安全保护设施,不断提高从业人员的业务技能和安全知识,认真落实安全生产责任制,就能有效遏制斜井串车提升事故的发生。 The inclined shaft hoisting system is an important part of the inclined shaft production system, and it is the link and throat of the inclined shaft production system. Through the analysis of the causes of the typical accidents of inclined shaft hoisting in coal mines, this paper puts forward a series of measures to prevent the accident, and makes it clear that as long as the investment is guaranteed, the inclined shaft hoisting equipment and its safety protection facilities should be selected correctly. Inclined shaft hoisting accidents can be effectively curbed by constantly improving the professional skills and safety consciousness of employees and implementing the responsibility system for production safety.
