摘要
以脱乙酰度95%的壳聚糖为原料,通过丁二酸酐酰化、氯化钙交联后对壳聚糖的改性,制备出吸附性能更好,稳定性更好的酰化壳聚糖交联微球。并研究了酰化壳聚糖交联微球对Cu^(2+)的吸附性能。实验结果表明:酰化壳聚糖交联微球对铜离子具有很好的吸附性能。吸附的最佳条件是:微球对铜离子吸附时间为60 min、pH值为6.0。在吸附过程中,ΔG~θ值在13.58~11.28 kJ·mol^(-1)之间,ΔH~θ=11.61 kJ·mol^(-1),ΔS=76.82 J·K^(-1)·mol^(-1),表明酰化壳聚糖微球吸附水中Cu^(2+)吸附是一个自发的吸热、熵过程。
In this paper, chitosan with 95% degree of deacetylation was used as raw material, and the chitosan was modified by acylation of succinic anhydride and cross-linking of calcium chloride to prepare an acylated chitosan crosslinked microsphere with better adsorption performance and better stability. The adsorption properties of acylated chitosan crosslinked microspheres for Cu 2+ were also investigated. The experimental results show that the acylated chitosan crosslinked microspheres have good adsorption properties for copper ions. The optimal conditions for adsorption are: the adsorption time of the microspheres to copper ions is 60 min and the pH is 6.0. During the adsorption process, the Δ G θ value is between 13.58 kJ·mol ^-1 and 11.28 kJ·mol^-1 ,Δ H θ=11.61 kJ·mol ^-1 ,Δ S =76.82 J·K^-1 ·mol^-1 , indicating that the acylated chitosan micro Cu ^2+ adsorption in ball adsorption water is a spontaneous endothermic and entropic process.
