《国标》指导下地方师范院校英语专业人才培养模式改革研究

Research on the Reform of Talent Cultivation Mode of English Majors in Local Normal Universities under the Guidance of the National Criteria

针对当前地方师范院校英语专业人才培养模式存在的诸多问题,文章以新出台的《高等学校外语类专业本科教学质量国家标准》为依据,探讨了改革地方师范院校英语专业人才培养模式的具体措施,即:以社会需求为导向,准确定位人才培养目标;以能力为本位,构建模块化课程体系;以现代信息技术为手段,创建混合式教学新模式;以"师德师能"培养为重点,打造专业化教师队伍;以学科竞赛为依托,构建课外实践活动体系;以专业技能训练为中心,建设校内外实习基地等。

In view of the problems existing in the talent cultivation mode of English majors in local normal universities, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for reforming the talent cultivation mode under the guidance of the National Criteria , such as determining the talent training objective according to the social need to establish the modular curriculum system based on competence, creating the mixed teaching patterns by means of modern IT, building professional teachers focusing on teachers' ethics and competence, creating an extracurricular practice activity system relying on the discipline competition, building the practice base centering on professional skills.
