Create information teaching module to perfect the value of teaching evaluation and improve the overall quality of teaching. Through the research on Blending Learning, we can improve the restrictive problems of transforming modern educational technology, stimulate students' learning attitude, show the value of teaching in colleges and universities, and provide support for the innovation of educational system.
