乡村幼儿教师专业素养现状调查与分析——以四川省广元市为例 被引量:3

Investigation into and Analysis of the Present Situation of Professional Quality of Rural Preschool Teachers: Taking Guangyuan City of Sichuan Province as an Example

摘要 从幼儿教师的基本情况、专业理念与师德、专业知识、专业能力四个方面对四川省广元市乡村幼儿教师进行调查,发现幼儿教师专业发展现状不容乐观,存在着诸多问题。为了更好地解决现实困境,积极推动地方公费学前教育师范生定向培养工作的有效落实,无疑将会是扭转此局面的重大决策。 Through the investigation into the four aspects including the basic situation of kindergarten teachers, professional philosophy and ethics, professional knowledge, and professional ability of rural kindergarten teachers in Guangyuan city of Sichuan province, this paper found that the present situation of kindergarten teachers' professional development is not optimistic, and there are a lot of problems. In order to better solve the practical dilemma, to actively promote the effective implementation of the targeted training of local preschool education normal students at the public's expense will undoubtedly be a major decision to reverse this situation.
