摘要
目标导向理论、需要层次论、公平理论、挫折理论以及强化理论等管理心理学理论对于大学生创业质量的提升具有策略性的指导价值,基于几种理论的观念分析、思想介绍分别从五个方面提出了大学生创业质量提升的策略,即明确创业目标,发挥目标对创业行为的激励功能;满足创业者可持续的创业需求,激发创业团队整体价值的自我实现;优化创业内外环境,为创业团队打造相对公平的发展环境;发展创业者积极心理要素,提升创业者抗挫心理能力;建立创业质量监管机制,为创业者提供可持续的过程性激励。
Management psychology theories, such as goal- oriented theory, need hierarchy theory, justice theory, frustration theory and reinforcement theory, have strategic guiding value for improving the quality of university students’entrepreneurship. Based on the analysis of several theories, this paper puts forward the strategies of improving the quality of university students’entrepreneurship from five aspects, namely defining the goal of entrepreneurship and giving full play to the incentive function of goals to entrepreneurship;meeting the sustainable entrepreneurial needs of entrepreneurs, to stimulate the self- realization of the overall value of entrepreneurial teams;optimizing the internal and external environment of entrepreneurship, to create a relatively fair development environment for the entrepreneurial team;developing positive psychological elements of entrepreneurs, to enhance their ability to resist setbacks;establishing the supervision mechanism of entrepreneurial quality, to provide sustainable process incentives for entrepreneurs.
