The paper analyzes the importance of implementing the “A Post Double Duty” system (leading cadres should both fulfill official duties and uphold clean governance), and introduces the practices of SINOPEC Baichuan Economic and Trading Company in developing the “A Post Double Duty” system. The aim is to provide, through a combination of theory and practice, insights for the Party building work in state-owned enterprises.
