HIV阳性男男性行为者的心理弹性状况及相关因素分析

Resilience and related factors of HIV-positive men having sex with men

目的探讨艾滋病毒(HIV)阳性男男性行为者(MSM)的心理弹性状况及其与社会支持、心理困扰的关系,为HIV阳性MSM的心理干预提供理论依据。方法采用便利抽样的方法,于2018年2月至6月,以在某传染病院门诊就诊的312例HIV阳性MSM为研究对象,采用一般社会人口学资料调查表、心理弹性量表、领悟社会支持量表、 K10量表进行问卷调查,采用多元线性回归分析心理弹性与社会支持、心理困扰的关系。结果 HIV阳性MSM的心理弹性总分为(62.66±14.84)分; Pearson相关分析显示心理弹性与社会支持呈正相关(r=0.358,P<0.001),与心理困扰呈负相关(r=-0.380,P<0.001)。多元逐步回归分析显示:经济状态、社会支持中的其他支持和心理困扰中的抑郁会影响HIV阳性MSM的心理弹性,可解释心理弹性25.0%的变异。结论 HIV阳性MSM心理弹性的水平处于中等水平,良好的社会支持系统及较好的经济条件等有利于提高患者的心理弹性水平,另外医务人员要关注患者的心理健康状况,减轻患者的抑郁状况。

Objective To investigate the current status and factors related to resilience among MSM. Methods We investigated 312 MSM living with HIV in one infectious disease hospital using connor-davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC), perceived social support scale(PSSS), kessler psychological distress scale(K10). Results The total score of CD-RISC was 62.66±14.84, the resilience was positively correlated with social support( r=0.358,P <0.001)and negatively related to psychological distress( r =-0.380, P <0.001). Multiple regression analysis showed that economic status, other support in social support and depression in psychological distress were significant predictors of resilience, which explained 25.0% of the variance. Conclusion Resilience of HIV-positive MSM was at moderate level. Good social support system and better economic conditions would help improve their resilience. In addition, medical staff should focus on the mental health state of patients and improve the depression of them.
