关于进一步规范和完善中国继续医学教育工作的探讨

Discussion on further standardization and perfection of continuing medical education in China

开展继续医学教育是提高卫生专业技术人员能力素质和增强医疗卫生单位核心竞争力的重要途径和手段。通过文献研究和访谈调查可知,当前中国继续医学教育面临发展不平衡、信息化建设相对滞后、监管与评估制度不完善等问题。对应提出建立继续医学教育行业标准、大力发展远程继续医学教育、完善继续医学教育监管与评估制度等对策建议。

Continuing medical education is an important way to improve the ability of medical professionals and enhance the core competitiveness of medical institutions. Through literature research and interview investigation, it can be seen that China s continuing medical education is faced with such problems as unbalanced development, relatively lagging information construction and imperfect supervision and evaluation system. To strengthen the development of continuing medical education, the establishment of standard of continuing medical education, promotion of distance continuing medical education and improvement of the supervision and evaluation system of continuing medical education should be put into emphasis and implemented.
