摘要
为了适应电改的要求,针对当前营财一体化集成对账模式存在的问题,本文对基于区块链的数据记录及流转方式、基于两两对照的日发生额对照方法和营财月统一对账模式等方面进行研究,并提出了确保数据准确性与可靠性的方法。基于该设计方法还研发了营财一体化管理应用,用于辅助该设计方法的实现。该方法实现了电力营销与财务系统的实时对账,有效降低了相关工作人员的劳动强度以及对账错误发生的可能性。
In order to meet the requirements of power reform and address the problems existing in the current integrated financial integration reconciliation model,the studies and designs are conducted from three aspects: data recording and circulation methods based on block chain,daily balance control based on pairwise comparison and unified reconciliation model in fiscal month,and methods to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data are proposed. Based on this method,the integrated management application of financial integration is developed,to assist the realization of the design method. The method realizes the real--time reconciliation of the power marketing and the financial system,and effectively reduces the labor intensity of relevant staffs and the possibility of account reconciliation errors.
