摘要
港口矿石堆场装卸作业的悬臂式斗轮堆取料机设备在某些特殊条件下作业时,悬臂皮带与驱动滚筒之间极易发生打滑现象。但目前皮带防打滑检测装置往往不能达到应有的效果,为此,本文对堆取料机设备的悬臂皮带防打滑检测装置进行升级改进,设计皮带防打滑双重检测保护系统,以保障堆取料机设备流程作业顺利进行。
When the cantilevered bucket-wheel stacker reclaimer in the port ore yard is used in some special operating environment, the cantilever belt is very likely to slip with the drive roller. However. the belt anti-slip detection device often, fails to achieve the desired effect. Therefore, the cantilevered belt anti slip detection device of the stacker reclaimer was upgraded and improved The belt anti-slip double detection and protection system was designed to ensure the smooth oper at ion of stacker-reclaimer equipment.
