Improvement of Transferring Trolley for 10kV Hand-Pushing Type Breaker

变电站10kV小车开关停电检修及试验需要使用专用的转运车转移到合适地点进行工作。但是现有的转运车设计上存在不足,仍有可以改进的地方。本文对传统的转运车的缺陷进行研究,提出改进方案及实施方法,从而提高工作效率,保障操作人员的人身安全及设备安全。

The maintenance and testing for 10 kV hand pushing type breaker in substation need to use a dedicated transferring trolley for transferring to a suitable location for work. However, there are deficiencies in the design of the existing transferring trolley, and there is still room for improvement. In this paper, the defects of the traditional transferring trolley are studied, and the improvement scheme and implementation method are proposed to make modification, so as to improve the work efficiency and ensure the personal safety of operators and the equipment safety.
