Cause Analysis and Solution for Incorrect Strip Tail Positioning of Coiler

本文主要对碳钢连轧线卷取机带钢甩尾时出现偶发带尾定位不准(即带尾控制不能到达预定位置)的原因进行分析,并提出解决问题的方案。

This paper mainly analyzes the causes of accidental incorrect positioning of strip tail (that is , the strip tail control can not reach the predetermined position) when the strip tail is whipping in the coiler of carbon steel continuous rolling line , and proposes a solution to the problem.
