摘要
本文利用摄动法建立了表贴式永磁电机磁场模型,建立偏心位置坐标系,得到该电机偏心状态下的磁场方程,结合边界条件求解该方程组,最后得到偏心磁密分布以及偏心状态下的反电势分布结果。对该电机搭建实验测试平台,进行反电势测试,证明了该计算过程的有效性。
The magnetic field model of surface-mounted permanent magnet motor is established by perturbation method in this paper. The eccentric position coordinate system is established and the magnetic field equation under eccentric condition, is obtained. The equations are solved with boundary conditions. Finally the eccentric magnetic density distribution and the back EMF distribution results under eccentric state are obtained. An experimental test platform is built for the motor and the back EMF test is carried out. which proves the validity of the calculation process.
