综合护理干预在脊柱肿瘤手术患者中的应用

Application of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Patients with Spinal Tumor Surgery

目的:探讨综合护理干预在脊柱肿瘤手术患者中的应用方法及效果。方法:将84例脊柱肿瘤手术患者按护理方法不同分为对照组和观察组各42例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组术后3、7 d焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于术前(P <0. 05),术后7 d SAS、SDS评分低于术后3 d(P <0. 05);观察组术后3、7 d SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P <0. 05)。两组术后3、7 d生活质量评分高于术前(P <0. 05),术后7 d生活质量评分高于术后3 d(P <0. 05);观察组术后3、7 d生活质量评分高于对照组(P <0. 05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P=0. 026)。结论:综合护理干预可有效缓解脊柱肿瘤手术患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,减少并发症,提高生活质量。

Objective:To explore the application method and effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with spinal tumor surgery.Methods:According to different nursing methods,84 patients with spinal tumor surgery were divided into control group and observation group with 42 cases each.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of SAS and SDS in 3 days and 7 days after operation were lower than before ( P <0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in 7 days after operation were lower than those in 3 days( P <0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group in 3 and 7 days after surgery( P <0.05).The quality of life score in 3 and 7 days after surgery was higher than that before surgery( P <0.05),and the quality of life score 7 days after surgery was higher than that of 3 days after surgery( P <0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group in 3 and 7 days after surgery( P <0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group( P =0.026).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively alleviate anxiety and depression in patients with spinal tumor surgery,reduce complications and improve the quality of life.
