电阻点焊实验课程的改进和研究

摘要 为提高学生的实践和创新能力,提出了在电阻点焊实验课程中增加点焊过程参数检测和质量预测模型教学环节,改良实验教学内容、教学手段以及教学方法。将电阻点焊过程参数检测和质量预测模型与传统电阻点焊实验内容有机结合的教学方式能够更加有效的将理论和实际相结合,从而使学生更加直观的理解电阻点焊的基本原理,激发学生的兴趣,提高实验教学质量。 In order to improve students’ practical and innovative abilities, it is proposed to add the teaching links of parameter detection and quality prediction model in resistance spot welding experiment course, and to improve the experimental teaching content, teaching means and teaching methods. Combining the parameter detection and quality prediction model of spot welding process with the content of traditional spot welding experiment can combine theory with practice more effectively, so that students can understand the principle of resistance spot welding more intuitively, stimulate students’ interest and improve the quality of experimental teaching.
