关于“制药设备与车间设计”的教学实践与探讨

Practice and discussion about the course of pharmaceutical equipment and workshop design

"制药设备与车间设计"是我校制药工程和生物制药专业的重要核心专业课程,本课程重点介绍药品生产过程中用到的制药设备、药品生产企业的厂区规划布局及药品生产车间的设计规划等。针对此课程在教学过程中存在的问题,结合长期的教学实践及教学经验,从教学内容、教学模式、课程实践环节等方面进行探索改革。教学实践表明,此项教学改革提高了教学质量,取得了良好的成效。

Pharmaceutical equipment and workshop design is an important core course for the pharmaceutical engineering specialty and biopharmaceutical major in our school. This course mainly introduces the pharmaceutical equipment used in drug production, planning layout of drug manufacturing enterprises, and design plan of pharmaceutical workshop. However, this course is faced with some problems in the process of teaching. On the basis of long-term teaching practices and experiences, some exploration and reformation have been carried out in teaching contents, teaching mode and practical training. After the feedback of teaching practice, the teaching reform adopted in this paper has improved the teaching quality and received good results.
