高校大型仪器设备全生命周期管理特点分析

高校大型仪器设备是教学科研工作的重要工具,有着不可替代的作用,是高校仪器设备管理的重点,从可行性论证、购置到使用过程再到报废阶段都应该得到高校相关管理人员的重视。搜集了全生命周期管理模式下高校大型仪器设备的管理办法,分析了不同高校大型仪器设备的管理特点,希望高校之间能够取长补短,提高自身管理水平,充分发挥大型仪器设备在教学和科研工作中的作用。

Large equipment are important tools for teaching and researching work, and have an irreplaceable role. Management of large equipments is the focus of university equipment management. The feasibility, purchase, use, scrap and so on of large equipments should be taken seriously by relevant management personnel. This study collects management measures of large equipments in colleges and universities under full life-cycle model, and analyzes the management characteristics of different universities, hoping they can learn from each other to improve their management level and give full play to the role of large equipment in teaching and research work.
