摘要
高校仪器设备全生命周期管理是从仪器设备的规划、论证、采购、使用直到报废的整个过程所实施的一体化动态管理。基于仪器设备全生命周期管理理论,对高校仪器设备寿命进行分析,将已报废的教学科研用仪器设备按原值不同划分4组,寿命周期按长短不同分为5档进行重点研究,建立已有仪器设备寿命基础数据,可用于指导对现有仪器设备生命周期的预估,为仪器设备的日常管理和未来购置以及使用计划的制定提供依据。
The life cycle management of the instrument and equipment in colleges and universities is an integrated dynamic management of the whole process of planning, demonstration, purchase, use and scrapping. Based on the theory of life cycle management of instrument and equipment, the paper analyzes the life-time of the instrument and equipment for teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities for key research, dividing the discarded instruments and equipment into four groups according to the original value s difference and dividing the different life cycle into four levels. Establishing the basic life data of existing discarded instrument and equipment can be used to guide our estimate of the life cycle of existing equipment, and provides a strong basis for the daily management of instrument and equipment and the establishment of the future purchase plans.
