从化学药品的安全管理现状、存在的主要问题和安全管理体系的建立三方面,对高校化学药品的安全管理进行了剖析。针对化学药品管理的现状和存在的问题,提出了改进化学药品安全管理体系的建议,包括优化化学药品库布局、完善安全管理规章制度、建立安全防范机制、加强专业实验技术人员培训、规范化学药品三废处理等,提升化学药品安全管理能力,确保化学药品的安全运行。

This paper analyzes the safety management of chemicals in colleges and universities from three aspects: the present situation, the main problems and the establishment of the safety management system of chemicals. In view of the present situation and existing problems of chemicals, some suggestions on perfecting the safety management system of chemicals are put forward. These include optimizing the layout of chemicals storage, improving safety management rules and regulations, establishing security and preventive mechanisms, strengthening the training of professional laboratory technician and standardizing the treatment of the three wastes of chemicals. By implementing these measures to enhance the ability of chemicals safety management and ensure the safe operation of the chemicals.
