研究生助教在生物化学实验开放式教学中的作用、问题与对策探讨

Functions,problems and measures for graduate assistants in the open teaching of biochemistry experiment

生物化学实验是生物、制药、食品等专业学生最先接触的专业基础课之一,肩负着为后续专业学习和创新实践奠定坚实基础等诸多重要任务。对研究生助教参与生物化学开放实验教学工作的现状进行了梳理,对研究生助教在提高实验教学水平和教学质量,以及促进实验教学与科研活动相结合等方面起到的积极作用予以了肯定,同时针对研究生助教存在的助教缺乏完善的培训和考核体系,以及工作质量不高等问题进行了分析,并提出了改革意见及措施。

Biochemistry experiment, one of the basic prerequisites for undergraduates who major in biotechnology, pharmaceutical engineering and food engineering, takes important responsibilities in laying the foundation for their subsequent course studying and innovative practice. The present state of the participation of graduate assistants in the open experimental teaching of biochemistry was analyzed. Though there are no perfect training and assessment system for graduate assistants and the teaching quality of their work is a bit low, it is sure that graduate assistants play an active role in improving the level and quality of laboratory teaching, and promoting the combination of experimental teaching and scientific research. Suggestions and measures for the teaching reform of graduate assistants were put forward finally.
