摘要 内涵式发展是提高实验教学质量的必经之路。基于对旅游管理专业人才特征及实验教学在培养专业人才方面作用的分析,介绍了广西民族大学旅游管理专业实验室管理和实验教学资源内涵式建设的思路和具体做法。该实验室注重实验教学资源的质量建设和发展,不断开发创新、发挥自身优势,在条件保障、队伍体系、资源共享、研发创新等4个方面持续深化实验教学资源的内涵式发展,不断探索优化旅游管理专业创新型人才培养策略,以促进旅游管理专业创新人才培养质量的提升。 The connotative development is the only way to improve the quality of experimental teaching. Based on the characteristics of tourism management and the role of experimental teaching in training professional talents, this article introduces some thoughts and specific practice in laboratory management and connotative construction of experimental teaching resources. The tourism management major of Guangxi University for Nationalities always pays attention to quality construction and development of experimental teaching resources, and always keeps developing and innovation, continues to deepen connotation development of experimental teaching resources in the following four aspects: condition guarantee, team building, resource sharing and develop innovation, continuous explores optimizing innovative talents training strategy in the major of tourism management, so as to practically improve the quality concerning the cultivation of innovative talents in the major of tourism management.
