摘要
代谢组学作为系统生物学的一部分从代谢终产物的角度诠释了基因、蛋白质在机体内的作用过程。通常是采用核磁共振(NMR)或质谱(MS)技术对生命体的体液进行检测,结合化学计量学分析方法绘制特征代谢图谱,找寻差异性代谢产物。目前代谢组学多应用于疾病分型、药物毒性评估、植物分类、海洋环境及食品安全检测等方面。本文就近期在口腔医学方面开展的代谢组学相关研究的方法、结论及其研究进展进行论述。
Metabonomics, as a part of system biology, is an approach to study the metabolism of diverse organisms, elucidate biological processes and find characteristic biomarkers of physiological states. As two key technologies, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) or mass spectra (MS) is used to detect the biological fluids, combined with the chemometrics method draw the metabolic pathway map and characteristic metabolites. It is widely used to detecting disease classification, drug toxicity assessment, plant classification, and detecting marine environment and food safety. This review demonstrates the methods, result, conclusions and research progress of metabonomics in stomatology.
