摘要
目的探讨全程跟踪护理在维持性血液透析患者血管通路持续质量改进中应用价值。方法选取2014年12月-2016年4月我院收治的90例维持性血液透析患者作为研究对象,秉承患者知情原则并尊重患者个人意愿,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各45例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在血管通路持续质量改进中运用全程跟踪护理。观察两组患者血管通路再循环率、并发症发生情况、护理满意度。结果观察组血尿素氮再循环率、血肌酐再循环率显著低于对照组( P <0.05);观察组感染、血管闭塞、血栓、动脉瘤等事件发生率均显著低于对照组( P <0.05);观察组满意率97.78%,显著高于对照组84.44%( P <0.05)。结论全程跟踪护理应用于维持性血液透析患者血管通路持续质量改进中,能够降低血管通路再循环率,降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。
Objective To study the application value of whole course tracking nursing in the continuous quality improvement of vascular access for maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods 90 patients with maintenance hemodialysis from December 2014 to April 2016 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group according to the random digital table method, with 45 cases in each group. by random table method Patients in control group were given routine nursing, while the study group was given whole course tracking nursing in the continuous quality improvement of vascular access. The recurrence rate, complications and nursing satisfaction of two groups were observed. Results The blood urea nitrogen recirculation rate and creatinine recirculation rate in study group were significantly lower than that of the control group ( P <0.05);The incidence rates of infection, vascular occlusion, thrombosis and aneurysm in the study group were significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05);the satisfaction rate of the study group was 97.78%, which was significantly higher than 84.44% of the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion The whole course tracking nursing applied to the continuous quality improvement of vascular access in maintenance hemodialysis patients can reduce the vascular access recirculation rate, reduce the incidence of complications and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
