小微初创科技企业的生存服务探究

大量的研究表明,真正对小微初创科技企业创新发展发挥作用的,不是孵化器的孵化场地、配套商务等硬件条件,而是为其提供政策性基金、风投资金、创业指导以及直接的税收优惠政策。小微初创科技企业对政府机构的需求,已经从直接的物质资源转向间接的深层次的孵化服务需求。文章将围绕小微初创科技企业保生存、求发展的目标,探索公益性孵化器生存服务模式的构建,进而促进小微初创科技企业的快速健康发展。

A large number of studies have shown that what really plays a role in the innovation and development of small and micro science and technology start-ups is not the incubation site,supporting business and other hardware conditions of the incubator,but the provision of policy funds,venture capital,entrepreneurship guidance and direct tax preferential policies.The demand of small and micro technology start-ups for government institutions has shifted from the direct material resources to the indirect and deep incubation service.This paper will focus on the survival and development goals of small and micro science and technology start-ups,explore the survival service mode construction of public welfare incubator,and promote the rapid and healthy development of small and micro science and technology start-ups.
