Research of Excavation Technology of Earth Pressure Balanced Shield in Hard Rock Stratum

土压平衡盾构在坚硬岩层掘进存在一定的局限性,当采用土压平衡盾构推坚硬岩时,需从盾构刀盘、刀具合理配置、盾构掘进参数的合理选用、增加质量保证措施等多方面进行综合考虑,对土压平衡盾构推坚硬岩技术进行研究,并在实际工程项目中对研究情况进行有效性验证。

There are some limitations of EPB shield tunneling in hard rock strata. When using EPB shield to driving hard rock,comprehensive consideration should be given to such aspects as shield cutter head,rational tool allocation,reasonable selection of shield tunneling parameters, increasing quality assurance measures,etc. The technology of pushing hard rock by EPB shield is studied,and its validity is verified in practical engineering projects.
