摘要 由于地面交通和建筑物的限制,北环电网架空线改造入地工程在中航支线采用顶管法施工,顶管机选型是施工关键,根据土质情况、地下水位、施工要求和管节内径,选择泥水平衡岩石顶管机组织施工;合理布置中继间可满足顶力要求,起到接力顶进的作用;在管节外壁与土层之间注入触变泥浆,减小顶进阻力,填补管道外壁与土层间空隙,减小土体变形,支撑地层。 Due to the restriction of ground traffic and buildings,the overhead line reconstruction project of North Ring Power Grid is constructed by pipe jacking method in Zhonghang Branch Line. Pipe jacking machine selection is the key to construction. According to soil condition, groundwater level,construction requirements and pipe section diameter,mud-water balanced rock pipe jacking machine is selected to organize construction. Reasonable arrangement of relay can satisfy the roof. Thixotropic mud is injected between the outer wall of the pipe joint and the soil layer to reduce the jacking resistance,fill the gap between the outer wall of the pipe and the soil layer,reduce the soil deformation and support the stratum.
