培养基组分及形态对琯溪蜜柚花粉萌发的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以琯溪蜜柚为试材,开展了花粉离体培养试验,探讨培养基组分及形态对琯溪蜜柚花粉萌发的影响。试验结果表明,琯溪蜜柚花粉在15%蔗糖+0.1%硼酸+1%琼脂的固体培养基条件下发芽率最高,为68.9%。优化的培养基组合利于花粉活力的测定,以期为琯溪蜜柚进行人工授粉杂交出特定性状的目标品种奠定基础。 In this paper,in vitro culture of pollen from pomelo cv.‘Guanximiyou’ was carried out to study effects of medium components and types on its pollen germination.The results showed that the highest pollen germination rate reached 68.9% when it was cultured on solid medium containing 15% sucrose,0.1% boric acid and 1% agar.The optimized medium was helpful in measurement of pollen viability.It could provide a basis for obtaining varieties with special characters bred by cross breeding through manual pollination.
